Savory Corn and Cabbage Stir-Fry

1.Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

2.Add the sliced onion and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent.

3.Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

4.Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until it starts to wilt.

5.Incorporate the sweet corn kernels and diced tomato into the mixture, stirring well to combine.

6.Pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with red chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
