Ground Turkey Pasta with Banza

1.Warm large skillet on medium-high heat. Add oil and let come to temperature.

2.Add meat and seasoning, cook for 5 minutes.

3.Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.

4.Add vinegar and soy sauce (coconut aminos), cook for 1 minute.

5.Add pasta, tomatoes, and stock. Keep pasta under liquid, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 7-8 minutes.

6.Remove from heat.

7.Add spinach and nutritional yeast. Cover with lid and let spinach wilt for another 3-5 minutes.
