Keto Pumpkin Soup

1.Add pumpkin puree, chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and fresh thyme to a medium saucepan. Stir to combine.

2.Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

3.Remove from heat and add heavy cream.

4.If desired, garnish with sour cream, parsley, and pepitas.
