Mix a 12 oz can of chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheddar, and 1 large egg.
Shape into 3-4 patties and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes on parchment paper.
For the Mac sauce, mix 1/4 cup mayo, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp relish, and 1 tsp paprika. Add a splash of vinegar.
Combine it all, spread on your chicken patties with American cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions. Enjoy!
