1.Heat a large skillet over medium to high heat. Melt the oil in the skillet

2.Crush the peppercorns Add to hot oil for one minute Add onions cook until golden brown, don’t burn Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, garam masala stir in Add tom. Paste & peppers, cook for a couple min Add beef & peas Add salt Cook 20 min Garnish with cilantro

3.Remove from the heat and fold in the cilantro. Garnish with additional cilantro and serve immediately.

4.Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
