Spicy Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2.Add the sliced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3.Stir in the minced garlic and chopped green chillies, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.

4.Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet, cooking until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

5.Sprinkle in the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt, stirring well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.

6.Add the shredded cabbage and diced tomatoes to the skillet, stirring to combine all the ingredients.

7.Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender but still slightly crisp.

8.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat.
