Cheesy Pizza Toasts with a Zesty Twist

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3.In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with garlic powder and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

4.Spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture over each slice of bread.

5.Next, spread a generous amount of pizza sauce on top of the mayonnaise layer on each slice.

6.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza sauce, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese.

7.Sprinkle dried oregano and red pepper flakes (if using) over the cheese for added flavor.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
