Oreo Sugar Crust Cheesecake

1.Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

2.In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated with butter.

10.Turn off the oven and crack the oven door, allowing the cheesecake to cool in the oven for 1 hour to prevent cracking.

11.Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
