Mega Thick Brown Butter Cookie Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter, stirring constantly until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until well combined and smooth.
