Matcha Lavender Lemonade

1.First make the simple syrup. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add in lavender and simmer for 1 minute. Turn off heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain syrup into a jar and let cool.

2.Combine matcha and cold water. Add juice from half of a lemon. Add 1 teaspoon lemon lavender syrup
