Ultimate Gooey Grilled Cheese Sandwich

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat.

2.Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each slice of bread.

3.Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, onto the skillet.

4.Layer two slices of cheddar cheese on top of each slice of bread in the skillet.

5.Top with the remaining two slices of bread, buttered side up.

6.Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.

7.Carefully flip the sandwiches using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

8.Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
