Cheesy Chicken Wraps with Garlic Sauce

1.Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. If desired, add a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra tangy flavor. Set aside in the refrigerator while you prepare the chicken.

2.Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Add the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well to coat the chicken evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant.

3.Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese in the center. Add a portion of the cooked chicken on top of the cheese. Drizzle with a spoonful of the prepared garlic sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.

4.Fold and Grill the Wraps: Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly. Place the wraps back into the skillet, seam-side down, over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy and the cheese is melted.

5.Serve: Cut the wraps in half, if desired, and serve warm. Garnish with additional parsley, and serve with extra garlic sauce on the side for dipping.
