BBQ Chicken Cheese Burst Pizza

1.Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.

2.Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3.In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with half of the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

4.Spread the remaining BBQ sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

5.Layer the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and gouda cheeses evenly over the BBQ sauce.

6.Distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over the cheese layer, followed by the thinly sliced red onion.

7.Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added flavor and crispiness.

8.Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and melted.

9.Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.

10.Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over the top for freshness and slice into wedges to serve.
