BBQ Meatloaf Baguette Sliders

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, BBQ sauce, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

3.Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

4.Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing it into small pieces suitable for sliders.

5.While the meatloaf is resting, slice the small baguettes in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom for each slider.

6.Place a slice of the BBQ meatloaf into each baguette half. Top with sliced pickles and shredded cheddar cheese if desired.

7.Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and return them to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is slightly toasted.
