Oreo Delight Cake

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 6-inch base baking tray.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo biscuits, atta flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

3.In another bowl, mix the milk and milkmaid until well combined. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.

4.Pour the batter into the prepared baking tray and smooth the top with a spatula.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6.Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the tray for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

7.While the cake cools, prepare the honey drizzle by mixing the honey with a little warm water to thin it out if necessary.

8.Once the cake is completely cooled, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top in a decorative pattern, followed by the honey drizzle.

9.Slice the cake into pieces and serve. Enjoy your Oreo Delight Cake!
