Creamy Garlic Veggie Pasta Delight

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water before draining the pasta.

2.In the same pot, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat until the butter is fully melted and bubbling.

3.Add the minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, being careful not to burn it.

4.Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and vibrant in color, stirring occasionally.

5.Return the drained pasta to the pot with the sautéed garlic and vegetables. Pour in the reserved pasta water and stir well to combine everything thoroughly.

6.Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the pasta mixture, stirring until the cheese melts and creates a creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7.Remove the pot from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of chili flakes for an extra kick if desired.

8.Serve warm in bowls, enjoying the rich and flavorful combination of creamy garlic sauce and fresh vegetables.
