Keto Green Bean Stroganoff

1.Brown 2 lbs of ground beef over medium heat and then drain the fat.

2.Stir in: 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 cup cream cheese, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 2 cans of cut green beans.

3.Turn heat to medium-low and top with 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese.

4.Cover with a lid and let it cook for a few minutes or until the cheese is melted.
