Heavenly Devil's Fruit Pie

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and bake it for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow it to cool completely.

3.In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Beat until the mixture is fluffy and holds stiff peaks.

4.In a small saucepan, combine the cornstarch, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and becomes clear. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

5.Gently fold the mixed fresh fruits into the cream mixture, then add the cooled cornstarch mixture, folding until everything is well combined.

6.Pour the creamy fruit filling into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly.

7.Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set before serving. Garnish with additional fresh fruits if desired.
