Chocolate Marshmallow Graham Bars

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

3.In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Biscoff spread, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

4.Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

5.Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

6.Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

7.Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the batter layer, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

8.Spoon the remaining batter over the marshmallows, spreading it out carefully to cover them as much as possible.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

10.Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

11.Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy your gooey, chocolatey delight!
