Creamy Cheesy Pasta Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.

4.Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring there are no lumps. Continue to stir until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.

5.Add the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy and smooth.

6.Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce in a large mixing bowl, ensuring all the pasta is well coated.

7.Transfer the cheesy pasta mixture into a greased baking dish. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.

8.Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pasta bake.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

10.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
