American Pancakes

1.Acquire a mixing bowl and add 135g of flour and 1 tsp of Baking powder.

2.Melt about half a tsp of Butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once it's melted, turn of the heat.

3.Acquire a measuring jug and add 130ml Milk. Once you have done this, you pour the milk into the flour mixture and add one egg and beat until you have a smooth batter.

4.Heat the frying pan back to a medium heat and pour in the mixture. Pour enough to make a circle about half the size of the pan.

5.Wait until the pancake starts to bubble, then turn over and cook until both sides are golden brown.

6.Repeat however much times and enjoy!
