Cheesy Tandoori Pasta Salad

1.Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the tandoori mayonnaise, regular mayonnaise, and milk. Whisk until smooth and well blended.

3.Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the dressing and toss to coat evenly.

4.Fold in the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded cheese. Mix gently to combine all ingredients without breaking the pasta.

5.Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.

6.Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
