Pizza-Stuffed Breadsticks

1.In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.

3.Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4.Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes, or until doubled in size.

5.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

6.Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

7.Sprinkle the mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheeses evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

8.Layer the pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, black olives, jalapeños, spinach, and pineapple over the cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, basil, black pepper, and chili flakes on top.

9.Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the edges to seal the filling inside.

10.Cut the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

11.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

12.Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with pizza sauce for dipping.
