Kid Lovin' Casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Make 3-4 cups of rice (1 1/2 - 2 cups uncooked)

3In an oven and stovetop-safe pan, brown ground beef (1 lb.) with onion and garlic. (Drain fat if you like, I prefer to keep it for moisture and taste)

4Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings. - Stir and simmer for 5 min.

5Fold in rice and half of the shredded cheese (2 cups). - Add remaining cheese to the top.

6Cover and place in oven for 20min.
