Chocolate Crinkles

1Melt the Chocolate - Melt oil and chocolate on a low setting in a small saucepan on the stove till the chocolate is melted.

2Mixer - Pour melted chocolate over 2 cups of sugar (2 cups) - Blend in 1 egg at a time. - Add vanilla (2 tsp.).

3Dry Ingredients - Mix all dry ingredients together. - Sift slowly into the wet ingredients in the mixer.

4Chill - Cover and chill several hours or overnight.

5Bake - Drop a teaspoon-sized amount of refrigerated dough into powdered sugar (1 cup). - Roll into balls. - Place about 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. - Bake 10-12 min at 350°F. - Remove immediately from the baking sheet and place on a wire rack or wax paper to cool.
