Homemade Pizzarias

1.Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

2.Lightly flour a clean surface. Roll out the pizza dough into a very thin rectangle, about 1/8 inch (3mm) thick. The thinner the dough, the crispier the chips will be.

3.Brush the entire surface of the rolled-out dough with olive oil.

4.Divide the dough into sections for your desired chip flavors. For each section, sprinkle evenly with the chosen toppings and seasonings. Gently press the toppings into the dough so they adhere.

5.Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut the dough into chip-sized triangles or squares, approximately 2x2 inches (5x5 cm).

6.Carefully transfer the cut pizza chips to the prepared baking sheets, arranging them in a single layer without overcrowding. You may need to bake in batches.

7.Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Keep a close eye on them as they can burn quickly due to their thinness. Baking time may vary depending on your oven and dough thickness.

8.Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheets. They will crisp up further as they cool.

9.Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
