Frozen Yogurt Cookie Dough Cubes

1.Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

2.In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined and smooth.

3.Gently fold in the chopped nuts and mini chocolate chips (if using).

4.Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

5.Place the dish in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.

6.Once frozen, lift the parchment paper to remove the yogurt block from the dish.

7.Cut the frozen yogurt into small cubes.

8.Serve immediately or store the cubes in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
