Air Fryer Cajun Cheese Curd Bites

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and salt.

3.Add the whisked eggs to the dry ingredients and stir until a thick batter forms. If the batter is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until it reaches a thick, pancake-like consistency. Do not add milk.

4.Add the Cajun Cheddar cheese curds to the batter and gently toss to coat each curd evenly.

5.Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

6.Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil.

7.Carefully place the coated cheese curds in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.

8.Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even browning.

9.Remove the cheese curd bites from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving. If desired, dust with a little extra Cajun seasoning while warm.
