1.Add chicken ginger garlic paste green chilies egg corn flour tikka masala salt red chili powder turmeric powder coriander powder chaat masala and food color if using

2.Mix very well until evenly coated

3.Rest for minimum 15 minutes

4.Deep fry until golden and crisp

5.In the same pan add butter and green chilies

6.Add milk half cup cream 1 cup plus one fourth cup

7.Mix on low flame until combined

8.Season with salt red chili flakes and black pepper powder

9.Add fried chicken boti and toss well

10.Top with cheddar cheese cover for a while until melted

11.Serve hot with roti naan or rice
