Crispy Sausage Rice Flour Fritters

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw sausage meat, rice flour, beaten eggs, green onions, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until a uniform, sticky dough forms.

2.Heat the vegetable oil in a deep-sided skillet or heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat until it reaches 175 degrees Celsius.

3.Using a tablespoon, scoop portions of the sausage mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil, working in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.

4.Fry the fritters for 4 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are deep golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through in the center.

5.Remove the fritters with a slotted spoon and drain them on a wire rack or paper towels to remove excess oil.
