GOULASH

1.Cut meat into chunks and toss in oil until brown

2.Fry onions until golden brown

3.Add Paprika, stock cube, tomatoes, bouguet garni, and cornflour dissolved in water

4.Boil and Simmeruntil thickened

5.Transfer to an ovendish with the meat

6.Cook for 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender

7.Add Sour Cream just before serving
