My version of a Paisans Supper Hot

1.Heat the grill/smoker to 425°F.

Prepare the ingredients

1.If I have fresh mushrooms I will saute them a little with garlic before adding them to either pizza.

2.Assemble the sauce, topping, and cheese to the crust. Or just start with a frozen pizza (Bellatoria Ultra Thin Crust Frozen Pizza).

3.Place the pizza stone in the grill and let it get up to temperature.

4.Cook 20-25 min per instructions.

5.Pull off the grill and let cool a couple of min before cutting,

6.Cut and serve!
