Tuna Zucchini

Marinate the Tuna In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix well.

Prepare the Zucchini Trim the ends of the zucchini and cut them into thin strips lengthwise.

Assemble the Dish In a large bowl, combine the cooked zucchini, tuna, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and fresh parsley. Toss gently to combine.
