Menudo Lime Cheese Vinegar Lard

Preparation 1. In a large pot, heat the lard over medium heat.

2.Add the menudo to the pot and cook until browned.

Marinating 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the lime juice and vinegar. Mix well.

4.Pour the lime and vinegar mixture over the cooked menudo. Stir to coat evenly.

Serving 5. Transfer the menudo to a plate and sprinkle with cheese.
