Lilo and Stitch Tea

1Boil water (2 cups) in a kettle or pot.

2Add the hibiscus tea bags to the boiling water (2 cups) and let it steep for about 5 minutes.

3While the tea is steeping, prepare the fruit base.

4In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple (1 cup), banana (1), and coconut milk (½ cup). Blend until smooth.

5Once the tea is ready, remove the tea bags and stir in the honey (1 tablespoon) until it is dissolved.

6In a glass, add a handful of ice cubes.

7Pour the fruit base over the ice cubes, filling the glass halfway.

8Pour the hibiscus tea over the fruit base, filling the glass the rest of the way.

9Garnish with pineapple slices, mint leaves, and hibiscus flowers.

10Serve and enjoy!
