Chocolate Mixture In a heatproof bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate.

Heating the Cream In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter until the butter melts and the mixture is hot but not boiling.

Combining the Chocolates Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolates.

Melting the Chocolate Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to melt.

Mixing the Chocolate Stir the mixture until smooth and well combined.

Adding Flavoring Stir in the vanilla extract, salt, and chopped nuts (optional).

Shaping the Candy Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish or baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Leveling the Surface Smooth out the surface of the mixture.

Chilling the Candy Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Removing from the Refrigerator Once firm, remove the candy from the refrigerator.

Cutting the Candy Cut the candy into small bite-sized pieces.

Melting the Coating Chocolate In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining chopped dark chocolate.

Coating the Candy Dip each candy piece into the melted chocolate to coat it completely.
