Honey & Spice Snacking Nuts

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the honey, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

3.Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the mixed nuts. Stir until the nuts are evenly coated with the honey and spice mixture.

4.Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the nuts are lightly toasted and fragrant. Stir once or twice during baking to ensure even toasting.

6.Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the nuts cool completely on the sheet.

7.Once the nuts have cooled, break them apart and transfer to an airtight container for storage.
