BBQ Bacon Burger

Burger Patty In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

2.Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Grilling the Patties Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

BBQ Sauce While the burger patties are cooking, prepare the BBQ sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Heat over low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5.Once the burger patties are cooked, remove them from the grill and brush each patty with the prepared BBQ sauce.

Melting the Cheese Place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt slightly.

Toasting the Buns Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned.

Assembling the Burgers Assemble the burgers by placing a burger patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with 2 slices of cooked bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Spread additional BBQ sauce on the top half of the bun, if desired. Serve the BBQ Bacon Burgers immediately.
