1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.3. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.4. Stir in the kidney beans and black beans. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
