Chicken Alfredo Pasta

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Chicken In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Cook the Pasta While the chicken is baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Prepare the Alfredo Sauce In the same skillet used to cook the chicken, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

6.Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7.Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine the Pasta and Sauce Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss until the pasta is coated evenly.

Slice the Chicken Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips.
