Easy Tuna Panini

Preparation of the filling In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped celery, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Preparing the panini Slice the panini bread rolls in half horizontally. Spread a layer of the tuna filling on one half of each roll. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Place the other half of the roll on top, creating a sandwich.

Cooking the panini Heat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat. Spread the softened butter on the outside of each panini. Place the panini in the press or grill pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden brown, and the cheese is melted.

Serving the panini Remove the panini from the press or grill pan and let cool for a few minutes. Cut each panini in half diagonally and serve warm.
