Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Hamburgers

1.Preheat the grill or a pan over medium heat.

2.In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the hamburger patties: hamburger meat, grated cheese, bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

3.Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion into a patty.

4.In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, grated cheese, half and half, salt, and pepper. This is the cheesy broccoli filling.

5.Take one patty and spoon some of the cheesy broccoli filling onto the center. Place another patty on top and press the edges together to seal the filling inside. Repeat with the remaining patties and filling.

6.Grill the stuffed hamburgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

7.Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

8.Assemble the burgers by placing a grilled stuffed patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and onion slices. Serve with ketchup and mustard.
