Broccoli Dessert

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam until tender. Set aside to cool.

3.In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

4.Add the cooled broccoli florets to the bowl and mix gently to coat them with the sugar and flour mixture.

Preparation of the sauce In a small saucepan, heat the cream, honey, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Stir until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

6.Pour the broccoli mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

7.Pour the sauce over the broccoli mixture, making sure it is evenly distributed.

8.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

9.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

10.Dust the top with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
