Vodka Pork with Lemon Potatoes

Marinate the Pork In a bowl, combine the vodka, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Sauté the Potatoes In a separate skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the cooked potatoes, lemon juice, and zest from the remaining lemon. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
