Cucumber Salad with Mayo and Soy Sauce

1.Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

3.Add the sliced cucumbers to the dressing and toss until well-coated.

4.Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

5.Before serving, garnish with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
