Fried Ready-Made Dumplings from the Store

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the dumplings to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown.

3.Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet and cover with a lid. Reduce heat to low and steam for 8-10 minutes, until the dumplings are cooked through and the water has evaporated.

4.While the dumplings are cooking, make the dipping sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, and honey until well combined.

5.Remove the lid from the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the bottoms of the dumplings are crispy.

6.Transfer the dumplings to a serving plate and sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.

7.Serve the fried dumplings hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
