Egg Sausage Fried Rice

Heat Oil In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium heat.

Scramble Eggs Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and scramble them until they are fully cooked. Remove the scrambled eggs from the skillet and set aside.

Cook Sausages In the same skillet, add the sliced sausages and cook them until they are browned and cooked through.

Add Rice Add the cooked rice to the skillet with the sausages and stir to combine.

Add Soy Sauce and Ketchup Pour the soy sauce and ketchup over the rice and stir to evenly coat the rice and sausages.

Add Cheese If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the rice and allow it to melt.

Garnish Garnish with boiled spaghetti if desired.

Serve Serve the egg sausage fried rice hot and enjoy!
