Hamsters with Potatoes

Preheat the Oven Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the Hamsters Season the hamster pieces with salt and pepper.

Cook the Potatoes In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.

Mash the Potatoes Add the milk and butter to the pot with the potatoes. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake the Hamsters In a baking dish, arrange the seasoned hamster pieces. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Crisp the Hamsters Remove the foil from the baking dish and continue baking for another 10 minutes, until the hamsters are golden brown and crispy.

Serve the Dish Serve the baked hamster pieces with a generous scoop of creamy mashed potatoes.
