Shape the dumplings Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.

Fill the dumplings Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle.

Seal the dumplings Fold the dough in half over the filling, then pinch the edges together to seal the dumpling. Make sure the filling is completely sealed inside the dough.

Cook the dumplings Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt to the water.

Boil the dumplings Carefully add the dumplings to the boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.

Make the sauce While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining the yogurt, minced garlic, dill, mint, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.

Serve the dumplings Remove the cooked dumplings from the water using a slotted spoon and serve hot with the yogurt sauce.
