Coconut in Chocolate

Prepare the Coconut Balls In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, condensed milk, and powdered sugar.

3.Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls.

4.Place the coconut balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Chocolate Coating In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.

6.Remove the coconut balls from the refrigerator.

7.Using a fork or toothpick, dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.

8.Place the coated coconut balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.

9.Once set, remove from the refrigerator and serve.
